Now, have you heard of SMART goals? It helps you to define what you would like to achieve in the next couple of weeks.
SMART = Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-limited
So, a goal of ‘I want to get fit’ … becomes ‘I’m going to do yoga three times per week for the next two weeks.’ It just makes it easier to do and more likely to get done.
